Anyone new to PTA needs to take the class "Foundations Essentials"
It is more than half way down the list of online courses almost at the bottom.
Online Courses - Texas PTA - every child. one voice.
This is basic PTA training. You do it just once even if you serve multiple years.
****It costs $10, you pay and then present your certificate to get reimbursed by our treasurer. email vp@tigerpta.org if they finances are a challenge and we can figure out a pre-pay solution.You must complete this training within 14
days of registration. If this registration period lapses, you will be
required to register again and incur another course fee. Once done,
follow the prompt for Course Lessons (right side of page), followed by
Download Your Certificate.REIMBURSEMENT FORM email with your certificate to Walter Pophin, our treasurer, pophinw@gmail.comm
All board members must complete position specific training
You can do that here: https://www.txpta.org/courses if you don't see your specific role. Please complete the basics of boardsmanship.
When you finish they will send you a certificate you can hang it on your wall. :) But then please upload a digital copy to this folder on our shared Google Drive
